3. Less zinc slag: When melting, less zinc slag is generated.

How to properly store zinc alloys: Storing zinc alloy ingots in a humid and dirty environment will increase zinc slag, reduce the amount of effective alloys, and reduce the quality of die casting products. Therefore, the environment for storing zinc alloy ingots should be managed.
How to reduce zinc slag:
1. Avoid stirring the alloy liquid in the zinc pot as much as possible. Any kind of stirring will cause more alloy liquid to contact with oxygen atoms in the air, thus forming more scum.
2. The heating and heating should be uniform to prevent explosion and local overheating, and strictly control the melting temperature. The higher the temperature, the more zinc slag.
3. Don't pick up slag too often. When the molten alloy is exposed to the air, it will oxidize and form scum. Keeping a thin layer of scum on the furnace surface will help the liquid in the pot not to be further oxidized.
4. When removing slag, use a porous disc-shaped slag rake, gently scrape it from under the dross, avoid agitating the alloy liquid as much as possible, raise the scraped slag, and slag rake on the side of the zinc pan , So that the metal liquid flows back into the zinc pot.
5. Control the proportion of recycled materials, and do not exceed 30%.
